Ha Long – Quang Ninh High School for the Gifted was established on the basis of Math and Literature gifted classes, but now the school has a scale of 27 classes, nearly 1,000 students in 9 specialized subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography, English. Its staff and teachers are 100% qualified and above standard. Under the roof of this high school, it has 4,071 graduated students. Most of them got into universities (from 96 to 97.5%) and many others continued to study in high-quality training programs, be sent to study abroad. In 3 years (2008, 2009, 2010), Ha Long High School for the Gifted ranked at 37, 31, 31 respectively in the top 200 schools with high average university entrance exam scores.
During the recent meeting between LEAP and Ha Long High School for the Gifted, we were very honored to bring information about studying abroad at French Grandes Écoles to the school’s talented and ambitious students.
