The most impressive for LEAP Vietnam in this return to Vinh Phuc is to visit Vinh Phuc Specialized High School which has just been inaugurated and put into use in early September 2020.
Students in the class of 2020-2023 will probably be the lucky generation of students to be the first course to study a full three years of high school in the most spacious and modern school in the country.
