On February 20, 2025, LEAP Vietnam visited Hon Gai High School in Quang Ninh to deliver an inspiring session on the opportunities for studying in France through English-taught programs. As one of the province’s leading academic institutions, Hon Gai High School is known for its outstanding student achievements and strong commitment to fostering a globally-minded and ambitious young generation.
During the event, LEAP Vietnam representatives shared essential information and practical guidance on the pathway to studying in France, with a special focus on programs offered in English. Key topics covered included:
English-Taught Programs at Leading French Universities
LEAP introduced a wide range of public and private universities in France that offer English-language instruction in various fields, including business, technology, and social sciences—making French higher education more accessible to Vietnamese students.
Application Preparation and Scholarship Strategies
Students were guided through the key steps of preparing a competitive application. The session included advice on selecting the right academic program, writing an effective motivation letter, and obtaining strong letters of recommendation to strengthen scholarship applications.
Living and Studying in France: Beyond the Classroom
Beyond academics, LEAP also discussed aspects of student life in France—such as cultural integration, internship and part-time job opportunities, and extracurricular involvement—helping students gain a more holistic view of the study abroad experience.
The session concluded with an enthusiastic response from Hon Gai students, who raised thoughtful questions and showed strong interest in international education.
